Traditional Arrow Rests
If you want to prevent damaging your bow by the arrows passing the handle or riser, a traditional arrow rest is what you need. By placing a, for example, leather or felt rest on your handle, the arrow will not be in direct contact with the bow and therefore your bow will stay in a better condition for a longer time.
These traditional arrow rests are easy to attach to the bow as they are mostly using high-quality double sided tape. A succesful method used by many traditional archers.
