With this complete target set, you can start shooting straight away. The set is suitable for use in the garden, at an archery club, at a training location, during events or on a temporary shooting range. It consists of a wooden target stand, an 80 cm High Performance straw target and four target face pins. Target faces can also be added as an optional extra. The wooden target stand is solidly built and provides a stable base for a variety of straw and foam targets. With a height of 135 cm, it positions the target at a comfortable shooting height. The crossbar on which the target supports are mounted can be adjusted to a width of approximately 55 or 65 cm. This makes the stand suitable for different target sizes. The target stand is supplied assembled, so it can be set up and used immediately after delivery. The included 80 cm High Performance straw target is a high-quality, tightly wound target for recreational use and training. Its generous diameter provides a large shooting surface. The designation High Performance refers to the target’s extra-strong construction. The straw is wound and compressed considerably more tightly than in a standard straw target. In addition, the tension strap around the target keeps the entire construction securely together. Thanks to this compact construction, arrows are stopped more effectively and penetrate less deeply into the material. This increases the target’s resistance and contributes to a longer lifespan. Weather resistance is also improved, as moisture is less able to penetrate deeply into the tightly compressed straw. Carbon arrows are generally thinner and faster, which means they may penetrate more deeply into the target. When using carbon arrows, a lower maximum draw weight should therefore be taken into account. Always ensure that there is sufficient free space behind the straw target. If an arrow passes completely through the target and then hits a wall, tree or another hard object, the arrow may become damaged. A straw target is a natural product. For a longer lifespan, store the target in a dry place when it is not in use.
