Recurve bows and traditional bows are often good choices for beginners. The best bow for you depends on your interests, physique and what you want to achieve in archery.
With a right-handed bow, you hold the bow in your left hand and draw the string with your right hand. With a left-handed bow, it's exactly the opposite.
