Within Europe our shipments are carried out by GLS, outside Europe we ship with PostNL. They then hand it over at the border to the local postal services, who take care of the final delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our shipping times at this time. Some suppliers of products that we sell experience major delays in production. Although we have many products in stock, it is possible that your order has a longer delivery time than you are used to from us. Of course you can always contact us for a delivery indication. If you have ordered a product of which we know that the delivery time is very long, we will contact you.
Arrows and arrowparts
The delivery time depends on our stock. Generally we can deliver many arrows, targets and accessories from stock. You will usually receive the track & trace e-mail within three business days. Custom arrows are handmade for every order, the delivery time for these is max. 10 business days. Given large diversity in dimensions of all the products that are available in archery we can’t have everything in stock, but we can offer that we usually ship everything within 7 business days.
Other items
Our range of products and our stock increase on a daily basis, we try to connect our stock to our range of products. But it might happen that we don’t have a certain combination in stock. In that case we have a maximal shipment time of 7 business days. If we won’t be able to make this we will contact you.
