Offcourse we want you to be happy with your purchase, but sometimes there is a reason to (partially) return purchased goods. On this page you’ll read how we handle warranties and returns.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the products.
When a order is completely cancelled, we’ll credit the total amount of your order, including the paid shipment costs of the order itself. The costs being made by sending the products back to us won’t be credited. When a order is partially cancelled the returned products excluding the shipping costs will be credited.
In case you use your right of cancellation you are expected to send the products with all its attachments and – if reasonably possible – in original state and packaging back to us. A deduction may be made from any refund should there be any loss in value associated with unnecessary handling of the product. (Unnecessary handling would be anything more than what would normally be expected when inspecting a product in a retail shop.)
NOTE – Customized products such as custom arrows and handmade strings can not be returned

Step 2 – Ship the products back to us (Dutch Bow Store) and include this form: Return Form
Step 3 – After we have received the products we will inspect the products and credit the order or products within 14 days
Do you have a purchased faulty product that is still under the manufacturers warranty? Please let us now, you can contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or telephone (+31 (0)317 747103.
We will discuss the best way to ship it back to us.
