This string material by Flex is made of SK75 Dyneema on which a protective layer of string wax is applied. In the production of this material, extra care has been taken to ensure a uniform diameter of thread. This means your string will be consistent in thickness no matter if you are just starting your spool or almost at the end of it. 250 meters is enough to make 8 strings of 16 strands for a 68 inch bow.

This winder is suitable for use with serving spools by BCY, Brownell and Flex themselves. A small spool of serving material is included in the package so you can have some practice runs to get to know your new winder.
